Quality: Perfect I live in Chicago and have lived in New York City as well, UPS and FedEx still havent figured out how to deliver to apartments in cities. This is my second order with this vendor for DVD media. This is the only place I have found that you can order DVD media and know ahead of time what class of media you are actually purchasing. Both orders arrived on time. Both products worked as advertised. The web site could use improvement from an order status and shipping status standpoint, but as long as you dont need that feedback, this part of the process works ok.

I must admit I had my doubts that the inkjet cartridges I purchased would be as good as the Epson cartridges I have been using, particularly at that price.
